MEETINGS IN BAUDIKALI RURAL MUNICIPALITY TO EXPAND LEADS NEPAL'S OPERATIONS

LEADS Nepal expanded its impactful programs to Baudikali Rural Municipality in Nawalpur, adding to its ongoing efforts in Myagdi and Baglung. This expansion focuses on supporting mental health care, caregiving support, and women’s reproductive health.

As part of the preparation, LEADS Nepal's team conducted meetings with local representatives, healthcare workers, and community leaders to introduce the organization and outline the goals of its initiatives. Dr. Padam Raj Shrestha, Executive Director of LEADS Nepal, led the discussions, emphasizing the importance of tailored programs to meet the specific needs of Baudikali.

Program Coordinator Nisha Mahat highlighted the team's field visits, which provided insights into local challenges and opportunities to better align the programs with community priorities.
